• The In-Person Course (€650): Takes place in Nicosia over 4 fixed consecutive days (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM) in an interactive group setting.

• The Private Course (€800): Provides one-on-one tuition tailored entirely to your pace. You can choose your preferred tutor, and the schedule is completely flexible to fit your availability. It can be done online or in-person.

No. Both our Private and In-Person UCAT courses include our exclusive FutureMedics UCAT booklet (packed with guidance, questions, and tips) as well as 1-month access to the Medify question bank.

Once you book the Private UCAT course, you will connect directly with your chosen tutor to agree on a flexible schedule of dates and times that work best for you.

To ensure high-quality, personalized attention, we limit our group course sizes and carefully lock in our tutors' schedules months in advance. Because of this, all deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• For In-Person Courses: If you give us at least 7 days' notice before the course starts, you can transfer your registration to an alternative course date within the same cycle, subject to availability.

• For Private Tutoring & Mock Interviews: You can reschedule any 1-on-1 session for free if you notify your tutor at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will count as a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
